Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proficient Secretary to join our rapidly growing team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have exemplary communication and computer skills and a demonstrated background in customer service. The position offers a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering foreign candidates.
Requirements for the Candidate:
We require the applicant to have a college degree or equivalent work experience in administration or relevant field. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent time management skills, great attention to detail, be able to multitask, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Job Description:
The primary duties of the Secretary include providing administrative support services such as answering phones, taking messages, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements for staff members, preparing reports, filing documents, coordinating with clients and suppliers, maintaining databases and other general office tasks. Additionally, they must ensure that all office areas are well maintained and properly supplied at all times. The successful applicant will be expected to offer their professional advice when needed as well as work closely with other departments in order to ensure smooth workflow across the organization. Furthermore they should be able to efficiently handle any customer inquiries or complaints that may arise from time to time.
