Office manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational, communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate person
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Maintain filing system, including electronic files
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
• Prepare memos, letters, reports, financial statements, and other documents
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right person or department
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Salary: 1500 Kuwaiti Dinar per month. We are open to consider foreign applicants.
