Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the office. This includes tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Willingness to work additional hours if needed
• Ready to consider an immigrant for this position
