Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will be responsible for setting sales targets and meeting them on a regular basis. You should also be able to develop strong relationships with customers to ensure that they come back again and again.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for prospecting new customers and building relationships with existing customers.
• Develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting targets.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest changes accordingly in order to improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction levels, etc., as required by management.
• Ensure that all sales processes are followed correctly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a similar industry or sector is essential – minimum of three years’ experience required.
• Ability to effectively work under pressure, set priorities and manage time efficiently in order to meet goals and deadlines set by management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to negotiate effectively with clients/customers/partners as well as other stakeholders within the organization is essential.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to anticipate issues/challenges before they arise as well as develop innovative solutions as needed is highly desirable.
