We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate should have no prior experience and must have their own visa. A university degree is a plus but not required. We are particularly interested in candidates of Pakistani nationality.
The Office Assistant’s primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the office staff as needed. This may include filing paperwork, managing databases, scheduling appointments, sorting mail, and answering phones. Other duties may include handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and preparing reports.
The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). They should also possess basic computer knowledge as well as a willingness to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently.
