We are searching for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as managing a wide range of office activities.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience working in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additionally, they should have great organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. An understanding of general office practices and procedures is essential.
The Office Manager's duties will include but not limited to: overseeing the day-to-day management of the office; coordinating travel arrangements; handling invoices and purchase orders; organizing meetings and events; preparing reports; and providing administrative assistance to management staff. Furthermore, they will be expected to ensure all office equipment is maintained in good condition and all staff are provided with necessary supplies.
