Al-Kuwait is looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of preparing and presenting all meals in accordance with the set specifications, managing ingredients, stocks and supplies, as well as ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety regulations. They should be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. Leadership, organization, creativity and attention to detail are also important qualities for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating new dishes; designing menus; purchasing ingredients; overseeing staff; supervising food preparation; ensuring quality control; maintaining hygiene standards.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment and processes
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Creativity in developing new dishes
• Leadership skills to manage staff members
• Immigrant/visa status is open for consideration

We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month plus additional benefits such as meal allowance, medical insurance and annual leave.
