Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international market, and should be able to manage a team of sales representatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, handling customer relations, and achieving business goals. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700 plus benefits. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Duties:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process from lead generation through closing deals. This includes setting up meetings with prospective clients, creating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, managing customer relationships, monitoring performance data, tracking progress on goals, coaching team members on best practices for selling products or services, overseeing product training sessions with customers and partners, preparing reports on sales successes/failures/forecasts/trends/opportunities etc., and other related duties as required by management.
