Job Title: Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced office assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate should be a native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The office assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. The ideal candidate should also have experience with bookkeeping and accounting. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as interpersonal skills in order to effectively work with various teams. Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this position.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently while still being able to collaborate with colleagues. Nationality or location of the employee is not a strict requirement although preference will be given to those based in Kuwait or nearby countries.
