We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait to oversee the operations of our construction business. This position comes with a salary of 1700 and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to materials selection to budget management and contract negotiation. In this role, you will be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. Your duties will include:

• Developing detailed project plans and schedules, taking into account available resources, labor costs, material costs and other factors;
• Reviewing design plans with architects and engineers;
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers;
• Overseeing all construction activities on site;
• Establishing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Monitoring progress against plans and budgets;
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget constraints;
• Coordinating efforts between the various contractors involved in a project;
• Managing quality control inspections throughout the build process.

To qualify for this role you must possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field;
• At least 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, industry standards and best practices;
• Excellent problem solving skills with an ability to identify solutions quickly;
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English (additional languages preferred); • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
