Office Manager Wanted
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations such as filing systems, ordering supplies, etc.
• Assist with payroll processing and other accounting related tasks
• Prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the company
• Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and other services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
• Provide administrative support to staff including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, etc.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an office management role
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Salary: 1600/month
