We at Al-Kuwait are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring efficiency within our company. We are offering an attractive salary of 1200 in addition to a range of benefits, including paid holidays and healthcare coverage.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing strategies to improve profits and customer service, monitoring staff performance, maintaining high standards of safety and security. You should also have an eye for detail when it comes to determining market trends and developing marketing plans that can help our business grow. Furthermore, you will be accountable for executing daily operations such as setting goals and objectives, conducting interviews with prospective employees, preparing reports on performance metrics, planning budgets, as well as managing resources effectively.

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining organized at all times. You should also have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about projects or initiatives you may lead in the future. Moreover, a background in Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
