Phlebotomist job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a qualified Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1200. We are open to considering immigrant candidates and require minimal work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients or donors in a safe, comfortable, and professional manner.

The Phlebotomist will be expected to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner while collecting samples, answering questions about the procedure, and providing comfort throughout the process. They will also be expected to prepare specimens for laboratory testing, use proper labeling procedures, and maintain complete documentation on all aspects of the collecting process. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate an understanding of infection control practices and universal precautions as well as follow all safety protocols.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good hand-eye coordination, and knowledge of medical terminology. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate must also have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
