Construction Manager - Al-Kuwait

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management and/or project management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with internal stakeholders & external partners/contractors
• Knowledge of relevant local building codes and regulations
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and other related software programs

Duties:
• Oversee all phases of project including design, planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement of materials & labor, quality control & safety compliance
• Manage contractors & subcontractors to ensure successful completion of projects on time & within budget
• Work with architects & engineers throughout the design process from concept development through construction documents
• Develop cost estimates for each phase of project & monitor progress against established budgets
• Prepare comprehensive reports on job status/progress for clients & other stakeholders
• Review all contracts before signing off on them to ensure all parties understand the terms & conditions

Salary: 1500
