Office Manager (Al-Kuwait, 1400 USD per month)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. You must be a problem solver who can handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. We are ready to consider immigrants with no experience for this role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage all administrative aspects of the office including scheduling meetings and appointments, answering calls, taking messages, maintaining records and filing systems as well as handling all correspondence
β’ Ensure the smooth running of the office by ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance services and managing the reception area
β’ Monitor office expenses and budgets
β’ Oversee recruiting activities such as interviewing job candidates
β’ Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by management
β’ Greet visitors in a professional manner
β’ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred but not required; certification in office management is an asset
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role; working knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an asset
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively
β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to clearly communicate in English
