Office Manager (Al-Kuwait, 1400 USD per month)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. You must be a problem solver who can handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. We are ready to consider immigrants with no experience for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all administrative aspects of the office including scheduling meetings and appointments, answering calls, taking messages, maintaining records and filing systems as well as handling all correspondence
• Ensure the smooth running of the office by ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance services and managing the reception area
• Monitor office expenses and budgets
• Oversee recruiting activities such as interviewing job candidates
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by management
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred but not required; certification in office management is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role; working knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to clearly communicate in English
