Office Assistant (Egyptian Nationality Preferred, Kuwait)
We are looking for an office assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being able to speak English is highly desirable, with no prior experience necessary.
The main responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, filing paperwork, sorting mail and preparing documents as needed. This role also includes helping with office events and activities such as organizing meetings and taking minutes. You should also be comfortable with basic computer programs and willing to learn more.
The successful candidate must be proactive in their approach with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. They should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with the willingness to take on new challenges. We are looking for someone who can start immediately; therefore, urgency is essential.
