Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for a motivated Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position is full-time, offering a salary of 1700.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and managing office records. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating with outside vendors and service providers
• Organizing meetings and events
• Preparing reports and other documents
• Creating and updating databases
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Greeting visitors
• Maintaining office security protocols
• Handling inquiries from staff members
Applicants should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. No prior experience is necessary; however, applicants must have strong computer skills. This position is open to both Kuwaiti citizens as well as foreigners who meet all necessary qualifications.
