We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait and help us develop a positive, productive workplace environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to positively interact with all levels of staff.

The main demands for the candidate are: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 2+ years of experience in HR management; knowledge of labor laws; strong computer skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks. We are also willing to consider applicants that do not meet these criteria but have significant knowledge and experience in Human Resources management.

The main responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager will be to coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes, administer employee benefits programs, update employee handbook policies, conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handle employee relations issues and carry out other HR duties as needed.
