Al-Kuwait is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and must be able to manage teams with confidence and efficiency. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Additional duties include developing strategies to improve productivity, providing training and guidance to team members, and recommending changes to processes when necessary.
