We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with relevant experience.
Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the office, as well as providing support to the team. This includes organizing, filing, sorting and tracking documents; scheduling meetings and appointments; managing incoming calls and emails; coordinating travel arrangements; handling financial transactions; ordering supplies and equipment; ensuring smooth operational flow of the office, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
