Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to provide administrative support, manage paperwork, and keep the office running smoothly. They will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering calls, responding to emails, filing documents, taking notes, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. They must have excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. The successful candidate must also have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an office environment or related field. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required while knowledge of Arabic is highly preferable but not mandatory.
Remuneration:
This position offers a salary of 1100 KWD per month with other benefits including health insurance and annual leave allowance as per Kuwaiti law.
