Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the office, providing quality support to our staff and customers.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams. They should be able to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks at once. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
Specific duties will include:
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries and responding appropriately
• Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
• Developing and maintaining systems to ensure effective communication among departments
• Developing policies and procedures to ensure efficient business operations
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Developing budgets and monitoring expenditure.
