Office Manager Vacancy – Al-Kuwait - 1100

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with minimal work experience but a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Job Description:

The Office Manager will work with the team in Al-Kuwait to ensure the smooth running of all administrative duties. This includes overseeing general office operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, processing invoices, managing records and databases, handling mail and correspondence, ordering supplies/equipment, maintaining filing systems, answering phones/emails inquiries from internal/external customers etc. The Office Manager will also be expected to provide regular reports on office activity as well as identify areas for improvement in order to maximize efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
• Schedule meetings, appointments and other events as needed
• Manage records and databases
• Process invoices, orders, payments and other transactions
• Handle mail/correspondence
• Answer phone/email inquiries from internal/external customers
• Prepare reports on office activity when required
• Maintain filing systems
• Order supplies/equipment when required
• Identify areas for improvement in order to maximize efficiency

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar role • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word & Excel) • Ability to adhere to set office procedures • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to handle a fast paced environment
