Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff members in order to ensure the company meets its targets.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Furthermore, they must possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of recruitment and training processes, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. An understanding of labor laws is also required.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for staff recruitment, training, development, and retention. They will also be responsible for providing guidance on employee benefits packages. In addition, they should possess strong problem-solving skills to help resolve any employee disputes that arise.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200/month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage and other allowances. We are also open to considering an immigrant who meets the requirement criteria mentioned above.
