Office Assistant – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills. They should also be computer literate and proficient in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including booking appointments, scheduling meetings, managing files and databases, greeting visitors, answering phones and emails, organizing paperwork, preparing reports, and other related duties. They should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still following instructions and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
The successful candidate should also have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in office administration and must be a Pakistani national or have permission to work in Kuwait. Fluency in English is essential for this role. This is a part-time position; however flexible working hours may be available depending on the individual’s availability.
