We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be a Malayalee with a valid biometric passport and have completed at least 12 years of formal education. No English language skills are required.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the office staff. This includes answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, and managing databases. Additionally, the Office Assistant will ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. They must also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
