We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR management, from hiring and training to payroll and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of best practices in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of organizational skills. We expect the successful candidate to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

The job requires the successful candidate to:
- Create, develop and implement effective HR processes
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Develop employee training programs
- Monitor performance evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee payroll management processes
- Create reports on the performance of employees

The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 5 years experience in the field.
