Office Assistant - Kuwait
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate must be able to speak English fluently, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Preference will be given to candidates of Malayalees nationality, but all qualified applicants are welcome.
The Office Assistant responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle basic clerical duties such as filing and data entry, as well as support other departments when needed. To be successful in this role, you should have a good grasp of office procedures and be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Assist with data entry and filing activities
• Answer phone calls and respond appropriately to inquiries
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Provide general assistance when needed (e.g., photocopying documents)
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Manage student records using an electronic database system
• Arrange accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreign students as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree required • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or relevant role • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Fluent English speaker; preference given to Malayalees nationals
