Job Description:
As a Room Attendant for Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while cleaning guest rooms and ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well maintained. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Cleaning guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.
• Replenishing room supplies such as towels, toiletries, etc.
• Reporting any maintenance/repair issues promptly
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
