Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, customers, and partners. The Office Manager will also maintain office systems and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Manage daily office operations including ordering supplies, setting up equipment, maintaining records, and organizing files.
β’ Oversee the reception area to ensure visitors are welcomed and directed appropriately.
β’ Ensure all incoming mail is handled promptly and accurately.
β’ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed.
β’ Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing customers or tracking expenses.
β’ Maintain employee records, such as vacation days or performance reviews.
β’ Provide general administrative assistance as needed, including data entry or filing documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business or related field preferred.
β’ 3 years of experience in an office management role preferred.
β’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures required.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously required.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
β’ Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers and staff required.
