Office Assistant (Part Time) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is a part time position and the successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an office environment, be computer literate, and have excellent English language skills. They should also be highly organized and have strong communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have knowledge of basic accounting practices as well as administrative procedures.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the office staff, organizing and maintaining files, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls and emails, ordering supplies, and other related tasks. They will also need to ensure that all office equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preference will be given to candidates with Indian nationality or those with experience living and working in India.
