Office manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
The organisation Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This position is open to both Kuwait nationals and foreigners alike, and offers a salary of 1400.
The Office Manager's primary responsibilities include overseeing administrative staff, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems, coordinating mail flow in and out of the office, providing excellent customer service to visitors, and performing other general administrative tasks as needed. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. The Office Manager will serve as the point of contact for all internal employees as well as external customers or vendors.
The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should possess excellent communication skills with both written and verbal fluency in Arabic as well as English. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential for this role; however, candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities along with exceptional customer service skills.
