Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, overseeing staff, developing new strategies and processes to maximize efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can think outside of the box. The Manager must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, as well as customers. The salary for this position is 1300 KD per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop strategies and processes to optimize productivity and increase profitability
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Develop and implement solutions to address operational issues
• Foster a positive working environment by providing feedback on employee performance
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, development, motivation and discipline
• Manage budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Proven experience managing a team or department
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Analytical thinker with problem solving abilities
