Construction Manager – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must

Job Description:
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from concept to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, design review, supervising personnel and subcontractors, ensuring quality control measures are met, monitoring progress regularly, reporting results/progress to stakeholders, overseeing safety regulations compliance, ensuring project meets all applicable legal requirements. The Construction Manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically while managing complex projects.
