Office manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and be capable of multi-tasking. The Office Manager should be able to manage both operational and administrative tasks efficiently, while also providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all administrative operations of the office
• Ensure that the office is organized, well-maintained, and safe
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Manage filing systems, document tracking, record keeping systems, etc.
• Handle incoming emails, letters, or other correspondence
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments with internal/external stakeholders
• Provide assistance to staff members as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or equivalent position
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a must
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment
Salary: 1300 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
