Office manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and be capable of multi-tasking. The Office Manager should be able to manage both operational and administrative tasks efficiently, while also providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee all administrative operations of the office
β’ Ensure that the office is organized, well-maintained, and safe
β’ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
β’ Develop and implement office policies and procedures
β’ Manage filing systems, document tracking, record keeping systems, etc.
β’ Handle incoming emails, letters, or other correspondence
β’ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments with internal/external stakeholders
β’ Provide assistance to staff members as needed
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or equivalent position
β’ Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a must
β’ Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
β’ Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
β’ Ability to work independently or within a team environment
Salary: 1300 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
