Job Summary
HR Manager - Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance management, and payroll administration. This role offers a competitive salary of 1400 USD per month. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Manage payroll administration in line with applicable regulations
• Support the development of training plans and organize employee training sessions
• Assist with the implementation of performance management systems and processes
• Oversee the maintenance of employee records
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support other HR functions as needed

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable in Kuwait
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
