We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of ensuring that all aspects of the office’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining organized filing systems, creating reports and presentations, managing schedules, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the Office Manager will be in charge of overseeing the reception area to ensure that visitors are welcomed professionally and provided with necessary information.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• We are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
