We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in the Jabal-Ali area of the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for someone who has experience in the field and is passionate about winemaking.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Oenology or a related field, as well as several years of experience working in wineries. A deep understanding of the fermentation process and viticulture is essential, as well as knowledge of wine tasting and evaluation. The ability to work with other professionals such as winemakers, vineyard managers and laboratory technicians is also important.
We prefer candidates from Africa or Egypt who do not require English proficiency for this role. Applicants with a valid visa would be given preference. We also welcome applications from freshers who have recently graduated with a relevant degree but lack experience.
