Office Assistant (Part Time, Urgent) – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is a part-time position and requires immediate start.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and experience working in an office setting. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintaining records of customer interactions
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Preparing reports, memos, letters, invoices, etc.
• Operating office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Sorting mail and distributing it to the appropriate personnel
• Performing data entry tasks when needed
• Ensuring the office is kept clean and organized at all times
The successful applicant should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. They must also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a similar role who are citizens of Egypt or other Arab countries.
