Merchandiser, Al-Kuwait, Kuwait (Preference for Indians with No English Required and Freshers)

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Al-Kuwait, Kuwait team. This is an ideal role for an Indian national with no English required and freshers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the merchandising operations of our business.

Responsibilities include identifying consumer trends, creating product displays, developing sales plans and strategies, training sales representatives on product features and benefits, keeping up to date with market changes, forecasting customer demand, negotiating contracts with suppliers, analyzing customer feedback data and creating reports for management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well independently or as part of a team.
