Oenologist - Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing winemaking production, developing new wine products, and ensuring that the wines produced meet quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in oenology or a related field and at least two years of experience in the field. Experience with winemaking techniques and familiarity with current trends in winemaking is a must. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is also essential. The ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively is necessary for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who are Malayalees and do not require English fluency.
