Office Assistant (Malayalee, No English Required, Contract, with Accommodation)
We are looking for an experienced office assistant of Malayalee origin to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This position requires no previous English language skills and is a contract job with accommodation provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, such as managing incoming calls and emails, preparing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and other related administrative duties. They will also be expected to maintain the office supplies inventory and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Additionally, they must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
