Office Assistant – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and should be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English, preferably native or near-native level. Preference will be given to applicants from India, Africa, or other countries who can speak English fluently.
The successful candidate will be required to perform general administrative duties such as filing paperwork, typing documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing assistance with all office-related tasks. They may also be required to handle customer inquiries or provide customer service support. The ideal applicant should have basic computer skills and knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
