Experienced Oenologist
Location: Jabal-Ali, UAE (Preference to Indians)

We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of success in the field of oenology and be knowledgeable in all aspects of winemaking.
The duties of the role include assessing grape maturation, testing wines during fermentation, blending different wines to create desired flavors and making recommendations on winemaking techniques. The oenologist must possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail as well as an understanding of international wine regulations.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field and be able to demonstrate their knowledge with practical examples. A good command of English is desirable but not essential. This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration offered.
