We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This position is ideal for someone with a background in office administration who is fluent in English and has experience in providing administrative support. Previous experience is preferred but we will consider candidates without prior experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties will include tasks such as managing incoming calls, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings, creating reports, organizing files, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Nationality or location of the employee is not a strict requirement but Indian nationals or those living in India are preferred.
