We are seeking an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and should be Indian. Fluency in English is not required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, taking notes during meetings, organizing paperwork, preparing reports and presentations, and performing other related tasks as needed. You should also be able to answer telephone calls and emails promptly, provide customer service when necessary, and maintain files in an organized manner.
