Administrative Assistant (Malayalee Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including responding to inquiries and emails, scheduling meetings and other tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A high level of proficiency in English is essential as the role involves communicating with clients and colleagues in English. We prefer candidates who are Malayalees or have a good understanding of the Malayalee culture and language.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Responding to inquiries from clients or colleagues by email or telephone;
• Scheduling meetings and other activities;
• Maintaining filing systems;
• Preparing reports;
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred.
