Oenologist - Jabal-Ali, UAE (Preference for Indian Nationals)

We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in winemaking and should be able to demonstrate practical knowledge and understanding of the wine production process from harvest to bottling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of quality wines, maintaining laboratory standards, monitoring chemical balances and conducting sensory analyses. They will also be tasked with ensuring that all processes comply with quality control standards and regulations. They must possess excellent communication skills as they will be collaborating with other team members and suppliers on a daily basis.
