Administrative assistant vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

Administrative Assistant (Indians Preferred)
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, preparing reports, coordinating with outside vendors, and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in an administrative role. Fluency in English is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
