Oenologist - Jabal-Ali, UAE
We are looking for a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for a Malayalee who is able to speak English and is comfortable relocating to the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving wine recipes, managing the bottling process, and developing new products. Other duties include conducting laboratory tests on wine samples, organizing tastings and presentations, and providing professional advice on winemaking techniques. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the fermentation process and ensuring that it meets all safety regulations.
